For example, if we are told to do the groceries every week, we need to do it once a week and for the coming weeks. Each week, if we come to that particular day of doing the grocery, we do not have to remember it, because it is already programmed in our minds that there s a task we should do, and it is doing the grocery. If you put to your mind a task and decide to do it every specific time, then you do not have to stress it out when doing it.
